Customer experience
- The customer goes to your website or mobile app, chooses a subscription plan/tariff, and proceeds with the sign-up process.
- If necessary, a preliminary verification of the client's card is conducted to ensure the data is accurate and the card is active.
- The client completes the payment.
If you have a direct integration, the payment is made directly on your resource.
If you have a hosted one, the customer is redirected to the Tranzzo checkout. After the payment, if necessary, the customer returns to your website or mobile app, for example, to track the status of their order if necessary. - Information regarding the subscriptions you establish and all subsequent payments is relayed to you through webhooks.
- You can cancel a subscription at your discretion or at the request of your customer. Upon cancellation, recurring payments cease.
