Hire purchase with monobank

monobank offers its customers the benefit of interest-free installment purchases, enabling them to split the costs into convenient payment amounts within the limits set by monobank. To utilize the payment method, the payment should be made with monobank card.

To enable the payment method, you need to use direct integration.

When creating a payment, send a request with the following parameters:

`payload`	String		Field for merchant custom data. Max 4000 symbols.
`validation_url`	String		Preflight request will be sent to this URL
`properties.parts_count`	String		The number of parts into which the payment amount is divided (must be > 1 and <= 25)
